A neuroma is a painful condition, also referred to as a “pinched nerve” or a nerve tumor. It is a benign growth / swelling of nerve tissue frequently found between the third and fourth toes. Pain is often felt between 3rd and 4th toes often with a stinging or prickly sensation. Patient feels like walking on a pebble.
