State-of-Art Modern laboratory Facilities is available to monitor blood glucose levels, lipid profile, renal function tests, liver function tests and other related metabolic parameters by using the advanced techniques in Cobas-C111.As a special feature, BIO-RAD D10 is available, to find out how the blood glucose level has been maintained in the past 2-3 months, which uses the latest High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) technique which provides most accurate results. Horiba Cell Counter gives a complete picture of the blood which includes Total Count, Differential Count, Hemoglobin, RBC and Platelets Count, which is an automated machine totally. Biomerieux Minividas – Automated Immunoanalyser, AVL-Roche Automated electrolyte analyzer and Roche Automated urine analyzer.

Microbiology lab is equipped with laminar flow cabinet, hot air oven, incubator, autoclave etc and has all facilities to carry out culture and sensitivity testing. The microbiology lab plays an active role in preventing hospital acquired infections by regular monitoring of critical areas in the hospital (environmental monitoring and surveillance

The lab participates in External quality assurance program of CMC Vellore in biochemistry and also in inter-lab comparison program with Microbiological labs, Coimbatore. It is planned to join external quality assurance program in hematology with AIIMS soon
